Most of my time goes into project coordination — gathering requirements from stakeholders, writing functional specs, planning timelines, and reporting progress to management. I run UAT cycles, coordinate user training, and keep cross-functional teams (ops, devs, vendors) moving in the same direction through the SDLC.
